I can't see my character's in the game server

I do make a succeful transfer of my character's list but when im login to the game i cant see them, even when in the beggining of the loading server show me the correct number of chararacter's,This is foto from the loading screen http://prntscr.com/h7kx2i , you can see that he say's that i have 9 character's in the server but you can see that the right side of the foto (i have already load the server) is not even 1 character available...pls help me and im sorry for my grammar and my english :) ;) :P

Nighthaven is not the merged server. Stratholme is, which isn't up yet.
