Hacked character/account

I am sorry that your character/account has been hacked. Please secure and change both your Email account & In Game account passwords IMMEDIATELY if you have not already done so. We recommend that you enable 2-factor authentication.  

I am sorry but we do not return any lost items or gold, except for quest rewards. Please see the linked article.
