Unable to see my characters, and unable to restore them. What to do?

Hello!

Like the topic says; I am unable to see my characters when I log in to the game, and I'm also unable to restore them, using the "restore characters" tool on the website.
But when I log in the "realm select" screen tells me I have 3 characters on the new server, but I still can't see them.

I've got characters on both Anathema and Elysium PvP, but I guess this new server merged/replaced only one of the old ones.
So I'm currently waiting for the next server to come online, and maybe I'll get my characters back then?

The thing is, I kind of want to play now, and this issue with this tool is killing me!
I've been trying to restore them for a week now, but nothing works. I've given it time, and I've reset the password.
Still, the only message I get is the: "Wrong password or authentication rejected"

So admins, can someone please help me?
I can't find no support service on the website, so I guess this forum is the way you want to interact with us?

Anyways.. hoping for a solution soon!

Hello guys.

Anathema, Darrowshire and Elysium will be merged into one realm; Stratholme, where you will be able to see and play your characters. Realm will be up very soon, so please be a little patient. Also, please read out latest announcement HERE.
