Does "very high" mean: you need many to fill that role or that you already have enough?

Very high usually means they need multiple people to fill that class. "Low" or "closed" would mean the opposite ?

Well u have to look at it in a different perspective.Druid very high means like 2-3 resto are needed since we dont need much.Where as very high shaman means 5-8 of them cuz u need more shamans in raids.Hope it helps.
