Havent played in a year. Log on 2 days ago. Now suspended?

Logged in 2 days ago just fine after about a year of break. Tried today and says im suspended. Any info on this? Had to also make a new website account because for some reason it doesnt exist anymore.

• Forum account is not related to your in-game account.
• If you are trying to log in your old account it could cause some issues until the Stratholme is released. You might want to make another account to play on Nighthaven if the things above didnt solve the issue

When does Strat come out? and I dont see why I would want to create a new account when I already have a 45. Just sad because I was just logged in 2 days ago playing fine.

There is no ETA on Stratholme yet, but should be soon.

If you have access to your email try restoring the password, in case you dont remember username provide me in a private message with your email + a screenshot of it where you have received Elysium email.

If you dont have access to your email, there is nothing we can do to help. Also, make sure that you have set your realmlist to Elysiums one.
