How to clear the cache or restore the original settings?

Good day, I encountered a problem: after the experiments with the installation of various add-ons, I lost the opportunity to write in a general chat or write in a personal (simply do not send messages after pressing enter - nothing happens). I suspect that the addons are to blame. I  deleted them all but the problem remained ....  i deleted the Interface, LOG, WTF folders - nothing, reinstalled the game - also did not help .....

You could be just spam muted by server, please make an in-game ticket and GMs will unmute you.
