Fix your ticket system!

Hello,

24 hours ago I opened a ticket to get my lost quest items and other items back that somehow disappeared from my inventory. Heard this happened to alot of players.

Fine that can happen, no problem. I make a ticket, write the exact items that I'm missing and the quantity of them. Log back in after a day of work, GM mailed me the item.. but only 1 of each instead of the whole amount. Great, so no help still. Still can't turn in my 5 quests.. can't proceed any further now. Created another ticket and still got no help.

Why do I have to wait 24 hours AND STILL COUNTING while people from my guild created tickets AFTER mine and got theirs answered in 5 to 10 minutes?

Greetings. We apologize about this experience, but we really do have many reports related to missing items and we are trying to handle them all as fast as we can. We do understand your frustration, but please be a little more patient as we are working on it.
