Mute on Account for 2.5 days for spam, make period of time being muted lower

I started playing yesterday, now 19 lvl.  Was looking for a tank in WC dungeon, so typed text and was sending to different tanks with needed lvl by "Who". System gave me mute for 60(!) hours. I am just playing for 10-15 hours. 

Low the time for being muted, e.g. to 2 hours. 
I understand this is bot-defending system, but you already have a requirement of 10lvl to whisper PM.  NOT PLAYABLE NOW.  I need to create a new account and up a 10 lvl char there to write people in-game. 

Also personally, please, cancel my mute or make it for maximum 2 hours.

Very operative. But still I advise you to review the duration of the mute.
