disconnected right after game loads(entered world)

Hi,

i can succesfully log-in , select realm (only PTR and Nighthaven currently) and create character, but after i enter the world - loading passes - and get the game screen, after

couple of seconds i get dc'ed. Anybody knows what could be the problem ?

Edit: also maybe worth mentioning is that i am using World of Warcraft - Classic 1.12.1 (Stormrage) client.

Are you using a brand new install? If you DC quickly after logins, check:

1. Compatability must be *OFF* for WoW.
2. Reboot router (yes, it does help - clears connection table).

moment before reading your post i tried turning off compatibility and sure it worked :). Anyways, thx for attention.

I did it because i have this sound/music issue - its periodically fading. Do you know maybe how to tackle this?

I ve managed to solve sound issue. My hardware is Asus G752VT, on which i ve installed Sonic Suite 2 firmware, after closing it , everything is fine.

Hope it may help someone "out there".
