themessiah 0 Report post Posted November 22, 2017 Hello dear Communitymember, I was looking today for a tank for gnomeregan, we couldn't find a tank for 30 minutes, so i started whispering to potential tanks. I've got muted after ~ 10 whispers and the party disbandonded, because i couldn't write them about the tank i found. I think everyone who played vanilla knows that this is pretty often a necessarity and standard. whispering to find partymember. here is my opinion on this automute feature: not needed. it destroys the vanilla feeling. spamming was a big part of vanilla to get ur groupmember gathered for a instance. in this term: including a dungeon finder is not vanilla at all, a automute function too. Trommel 2 Report post Posted November 22, 2017 The auto mute function isn't to stop people from finding dungeons, but to stop gold spammers from whispering players over and over. The behavior of bots when whispering players mirrors what you're doing.
