From excitement due to the great upgrade compared to me Bandit Shoulders, I decided to equip it, but apparently pressed something weird that made a drop notification to replace the equipment binding notification and I clicked Yes... resulting to me dropping my new shoulders away. I heard you have loot logs and support in retrieving lost items, right? If you could be so kind, would you return the mantle back to my inventory?
