If you fell for false advertisement (free gold, free levels etc.) that happens regularly on some of the more popular chat channels like Stormwind general chat, chances are you just got your account hacked. The spammers advertising free items if you visit a specific website are just scammers and it is nearly impossible to fall for that, however, some unexperienced players still fall for it on a regular basis. If that is what happened in this particular case, am afraid there's not much we can do.
