Did you visit any websites scammers promote in chat channels? If so, am afraid you got hacked, there's not much we can do. Each player is responsible for keeping their account secure. We are doing our best to warn people not to visit fishy websites. 

No, you are not getting any free gold/levels etc. It's a scam, they're just trying to get into your account and take advantage of naive players. :(
