Addon to move cast bars or change it

Hi guys, can you help me to find an addon? I'm looking for an addon to change the cast bars (player, target, target of target...) and move them where i want in my UI, similar to the addon Quartz in the oficial WoW.

¿Any suggestions? A link with the addon would be great :=
