Enbartskagg 0 Report post Posted December 13, 2017 Hello! I can't get hold of my old forum account, nor log on to my game account. I need some help from elysium staff regarding both - at least the game account. I'm one of those gamers that used the 2-step-authentication through googles authenticator - which worked alright, until everything went black. Now, I do believe that this feature is locking me outside the system. I can't log in at all, can't restore my characters, get help through my old accounts (new forum acc. atm). Hell, I can't even send a request for manual 2FA removal either. I also believe that other players have the same issue. As I said, strongly believe that the 2-step-authentication is hindering me from loging in and to restore characters. Need help when possible! 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Fulzamoth 5 Report post Posted December 29, 2017 There is no 2FA in place on Elysium. Character restores go to an offline realm for use when TBC comes out. Nighthaven is a fresh realm with all new toons on it. There are no transfers to it allowed. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
