Phil2 0 Report post Posted December 20, 2017 I can log on to my account and it says I have 7 characters yet i cant see any of them and when I go on the realm. Also when i try to recover my characters it says im using the wrong information which i know is not true, why does my information work for the actual game and not this website? DarknessCalls 8 Report post Posted December 20, 2017 You must've been gone for several months, but I'm afraid unless you go to Light's Hope, your characters are gone for good (at least, for the time being). Nighthaven is a fresh realm only, you can roll on there, but your characters won't be restored on it. DarknessCalls 8 Report post Posted December 20, 2017 Essentially, about 2 months ago, a big chunk of the dev core broke away and formed Light's Hope, so now it is entirely separate project, but hosts the old realms. The remaining core here at Elysium decided to launch a fresh new realm after the incident. There's really too much info/drama to get into further details, and everyone is going to have their own opinion on the matter.
