account dont work on web but it do ingame

so  my acc works fine when i log in to the game i can create a char and everything but i cant login on the web page to post or anything it says that there is no account by that name and when i try to restore pass or change it it says the same

That is because your in game account is not a forum account. You need to create a forum account separately.
