Hi, when sending mail (money, items). Items remain in inventory, and the money is removed for sending mail. Also, if you send a gold, silver or copper, they simply disappear. I reinstalled Windows, installed the original English client, clean the WDB and WTF folders, tried different Addons, I disabled them, introduced different names in the text of the letter and in the subject line. Привет, при отправке почты (деньги, предметы). Предметы остаются в инвентаре, а деньги снимают за отправку почты. Так же, если отправлять золото, серебро или медь, они просто исчезают. Я переустановил Windows, устанавливал оригинальный английский клиент, чистил папки WTF и WDB, использовал различные аддоны, отключал их, вводил различные названия в текст письма и в тему письма. Простите за грамматику. Использовался Яндекс-Переводчик. Так же могу выслать видео, если укажете почту.

I am also having the same issue, as are 2 of my friends. I didnt send gold but any items you try to send stay in your inventory even though it takes the postage and says sent.

I have the same issue, disabled all addons, did not solve the issue. Noticed this 17.1.2018 morning +2 gmt. Items added to outgoing mail do not leave inventory, postage is still charged. Recipient does not see the sent mail.

The anti-spam system was a little to over zealous with muting players and affecting their ability to communicate via chat or mail. We've scaled it back a bit and un-muted those affected. Open a GM ticket if you are muted.
