Tagar 0 Report post Posted January 23, 2018 Hello, I am having trouble using Rough Dynamite on my char. To use it, you need engineering skill level 1. I am en engineer, personally made this dynamite, but when i try to use it,i get a red message saying "This spell is not available to you".
