Im somewhat new to the forum, so please forgive me if i am violating any sort of rule, i really don't plan to lurk around here so this will be the 1st and the last time you'll see me here. I'm an old Nostalrius player that decided to move here a long time ago and now my sweet mother decided that she want to try out WoW vanilla, so i bothered meself and made her a new account here! The thing is that i did created her account and all good so far, until i tried to log her in with the new account i made for her but it seems i cannot, i changed the password and tried to re-log it several times, in the end after a 3-4 tries i decided that it will not do the trick, to tell you the truth i didn't want to let her wait since her face seemed to have a somewhat saddness of a let down, so i logged in with my account instead so she wont have to wait. Saddly i didn't have any room and i had to delete a character (a slight tear run through my cheek), to make her some room for her to create an Alliance elf (eeew), but now that she is talking with a friendly neighbour of her on the phone, i took this oportunity and write to you guys about it, because now that i think about it more carefully, even tho im not playing so frequently lately (reason: job,gf etc)...i don't know...i mean i might wanna play one day at the same time SHE is playing, from my new pc or smth when i will finally buy (if i finally gather the required funds for it) ryzen cpu. In and all i decided to give it a go again and change that password and make it finally work, but it just dosen't log-in, please developers from the ancient ruins of Azeroth, Share! with me! the lights of your wisdom and knowledge! with kind regards Ragstal the forgotten. Kalmar 0 Report post Posted January 24, 2018 Make sure you're not trying to log in with a forum account, people make that mistake very often. The account info you're using to log in to our forum is not the info you should use to log in game. If the problem persists, do not hesitate from sending me a private message. Ragstal 0 Report post Posted January 25, 2018 (edited) Hey there Kalmar, nice to meet you! i was starting to lose hope that no one would actually reply to my thread and lend me a hand here with my problem, thank you very much for spending some of your precious time in order to care enough to even reply to me. I've read your messege and im really glad that your willing to help me work this out. I'm in the pleasant position to tell you that im pretty sure if not 100% that this is the 1st time i've ever created a forum account here with any kind of relationship to any of my actual in game accounts, and it was just to make this thread, this link that you posted is the form i used to register from the home page on the elysium site, but it's not working unfortunally. To tell you the truth i was hoping today that the accounts i've created would register already to the servers by now. I guessed that the packages might had a slow ride due to overloaded networks, but in any case i took the liberty to try and create a second account in case my 1st suspicion was wrong. Even now that is noon here to where i am since yesterday night...still the accounts aren't working. I have tried to log in with both those new accounts i have made but only mine the oldest is actually loggin with the server. Although i will attempt one last time to create a new e-mail and go through the process of registering again a new account via the link you so kindly provided to me, in case there is something that will change the current fact that i am unable to create a succesful account. I will notify you again with a private messenge in your forum inbox just as you have asked to inform you with further results of my progress and if any or not solution have arise.
