linkhearo 0 Report post Posted January 24, 2018 (edited) So I just learned about the whole merging of servers and I can't restore my character from Anethama.... But I can play them on Light's Hope apparently now? I'm not sure anymore, I just accepted the fact I need to re-roll a character and start fresh, but now there is a whole new problem. I could just log on just fine on Elysium a few days ago and didn't see characters at all, so I knew I could log in, but now ever since I updated my password, I can't seem to log into Elysium anymore. It keeps saying the password is invalid. Why is this!??! I just want to play this damn game, but it's preventing me from playing it... What do I need to do!?!?!?!? GAH! I'm so frustrated! It's also possible when changing your password that you hit a key on accident? I really really appreciate you replying back, I've been so frustrated! >o< But I do not want to create another email due to this problem, I have one email just for gaming. Also, I know for a fact I didn't press any button while copy and pasting the password I was provided with on the email I received after resetting my password. Zancon 117 Report post Posted February 7, 2018 Please reset again, and wait 40 minutes before attempting to log in. Trying to log in sooner could possibly reset the bad password timer. I believe you also have to do a confirmation step, which some people forget about. So reset, confirm and wait 40 minutes. Then log in. If you are going to copy and paste, make sure you don't end up with an additional space after your password, which is also a common issue. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
