Zancon 117 Report post Posted February 20, 2018 Account details and email addresses are your own responsibility, we do not have any official way of changing your emails associated with your account. With that said, in very rare cases where people have lost the ability to use email related to game accounts some have been able to get it changed. There are many reasons why we don't allow people to change it themselves, but I am not going to repeat all of them for you here. Your best bet is to ask very nicely in the support channel of discord. The initial reaction of the team may be to simply tell you that it's your responsibility to look after your emails and account information, which is correct and our stance on issues like this. You may also get lucky that someone with the level of access required will help you out. This is not a simple task to perform.
