Account not found

Hey there,

I played last oktober or november, I had a lvl 50 rogue named Perkzzz and a couple other chars on Elysium, now I cannot log into the game at all and even the website gives me a "Account not found" prompt when I try to recover my password or log into the website.

What's going on?

If you played on a previous realm such as Elysium, Darrowshire or Anathema those realms were merged into a single realm named Stratholme. The user base of Stratholme voted and wanted a new, fresh server. The elysium project launched this fresh server, named Nighthaven PVP on November 5th, 2017. Nighthaven being a fresh realm, everyone re-rolled and it is not available for character restores or transfers from other realms.

The players switched to this new fresh server and the population of Stratholme was only around 300 users at peak times. Because of the low player count, the elysium project moved Stratholme offline as it was not sustainable with such a low population. All your previous characters are still safe and stored there but will be unplayable until Nighthaven has completed its fast patch progression.

You will have to reroll to the Nighthaven server to continue to play on the Elysium project.

Thanks for the fast reply, but how can I log into the site at least with my credentials? Since my account information doesn't get recognized.

Alternatively, create a fresh account to re-roll for Nighthaven.

So I have to reroll for nighthaven either way, right? My old characters are not playable at the moment and won't be in the future?

Yes, you must reroll for Nighthaven. Correct your old characters are not playable at the moment. Incorrect, they will be playable in about a year when Nighthaven is finished with vanilla patch progression and we launch our Burning Crusade realm. You will be able to transfer from Stratholme to the TBC realm and play your old characters.
