Today I decided to return, but for some reason it says my account has been temporarily suspended when I try to login. If the account is from previous realms prior to our fresh Nighthaven PVP server launch on November 5th 2017 the account and characters associated with the account could be saved on our offline server, Stratholme. The server Stratholme merged the previous Elysium project servers into a single realm, so if you played on servers such as Anathema, Darrowshire or Elysium those characters were all moved to Stratholme. If this is the case you will have to create a new account and re-roll. Since Nighthaven is a fresh server, we do not allow character transfers or restores to this server. Everyone has re-rolled new characters. If this is not the case and your account and characters were created on and you were playing on Nighthaven and you are getting this message it could be due to several things.
