MCJamZam 0 Report post Posted February 26, 2018 (edited) Hey guys. So I'm a new player since two days back, I found the normal WoW with all the expansions to be too much to learn as a beginner, and with a friend playing on and praising the Elysium Project I descided to hop on the Vanilla WoW wagon. I just have one problem that's driving me absolutely nuts, and that's the fact that my mouse sensitivity seems to be jumping all over the place. I've tried every solution google can offer, but since everything out there is for a later patch of WoW... it's not working for me. Any suggestions? I recorded this GIF as an example of what it looks like when I make a smooth, relatively slow motion to the right with my mouse. Jittery, annoying and not even that bad compared to what I get every 10-20 minutes or so. The problem only happens when I hold left or right mouse button to move the camera around. Here's just some of the things I've tried to fix the problem: Launch WoW 1.12.1 with admin rights Ran with compatibility mode for Windows 8 and 7 Checked "Override high DPI scaling behavior" in Compatibility under properties for WoW.exe Double-checked that my scaling settings under "Display Settings" in Windows 10 is set to 100%, which it is on both of my monitors. Messed around to no avail with all of the different camera and mouse sensitivity settings in-game. So yeah, at this point I'm at a loss and it's a shame that I can't seem to fix this, because I'd love to play vanilla WoW but this makes it borderline unplayable for me :/ Edited February 26, 2018 by MCJamZam
Fulzamoth 5 Report post Posted March 4, 2018 Did you disabled/enabled the hardware cursor setting in Video Options? It's often the cause.
