Game Chat update suggestion (Gold sellers problem)

I would like to suggest limiting the number of characters a player can whisper to another player not on his friends list or interacted with recently (Replied to his message). I think this would limit the amount of annoying whispers players receive every day

There are addons out there (such as https://github.com/Orukxu/SpamThrottle) that will virtually bring down spam messages to zero.
