Mehlin 0 Report post Posted March 22, 2018 (edited) I'm so sick and tired of doing AV just for a Frost Runed Headdress off Ice Lord (pre-bis)... every time it drops another class need rolls (ninja) and I (or any other mage) never get it. As if that weren't bad enough, these very same people who don't really need the gear, laugh in my face telling me how the vendor gold is gonna be so nice. And when I ask people not to need roll, they verbally harass me and proceed to ninja the gear anyways with joyful content in stealing good gear from me and other players. This is cruel and toxic.... I've been ninja'd for the last time - THIS HAS GOT TO BE FIXED! I refuse to do AV until this issue is resolved! I reported one occurrence today and the GM didn't even care and tried to generalize the situation as a simple player dispute. THIS IS NOT A DISPUTE, THIS IS ABUSE AND TOXIC VERBAL HARRASSMENT, ITS GOTTA STOP! HOTFIX NEED ROLLS IN AV SO THAT ONLY APPROPRIATE CLASSES CAN NEED ROLL, not this BS ffa. PLEASE! It's inexcusable for GM's to brush this off as a non-issue... This has to be fixed - only in AV can I, a mage, need roll plate gear that i don't need, but in a dungeon I can't - the game mechanics need to be fixed. The Game Master's response in this regard is standard, as we don't get involved in any loot rolling issues. However, your point about people able to roll on loot outside of what they're able to wear is a valid one. I've sent the issue off to the devs to look at. In game GM's can't do anything about these issues, but we CAN forward them off to the development team. Keep in mind this could take some time. We'll post in patch notes once fixed. It's really frustrating when other classes need and win your BIS raiding item and laugh in your face about vendoring it, time and time again... Thank you for your feedback and forwarding this to the development team! I hope this gets resolved eventually - no rush. Appreciate it very much.
