Unable to create a guild...costing me gold...

I have now accrued 20 signatures on two different guild charters and when I click "register guild" at all three horde NPCS (OG, UC, TB) they do nothing.

GM suggested deleting WTF folder and disabling add-ons, I did that...nothing.

Deleted my first charter...remade it, got 10 more signatures, nothing.

GM said he can't restore my wasted gold either.  (paying 50s per sig)

I suggested deleting your WDB folder not the WTF folder.

Guild charters must be in your original backpack when you try and turn them in. Sometimes this can bug and a work around is to first move the charter to your bank vault, then close all bank windows and backpck windows. Then retrieve the charter from your bank directly into the very first slot in your bags (normally the top left slot, depending on addons). Then go find your NPC of choice to turn it into with the also required 10g cost to create your guild.
