peenarse 0 Report post Posted March 23, 2018 Hi, Just created an account, every time I try to log in I get the incorrect username/password notification. I have reset my password and when I tried to log in using the password sent to me in the email, it worked. I then went back into the site to change my password into something I can remember (instead of having to copy/paste from the email every time I want to play) and it's back to saying that my details are incorrect. Zancon 117 Report post Posted March 23, 2018 It's hard to say exactly why this has happened to you. General things to look out for is; 1) Incorrect logins multiple times will ban you for 40 minutes. Wait 40 minutes between getting banned and trying to reset/login with your account again. 2) Copy/Pasting logins and passwords will often create an additional space at the beginning or end of the password causing issue #1. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
