Unable to log in

I just created my account using https://elysium-project.org/main/signup.html

I've tried to log into the game and it says that the information is incorrect. I can log into the forum just fine with it. I also never got an email when my account was created, and I've checked both spam and trash as well as all my other folders.The realm list is set to "set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org", and everything is in it's own folder on my desktop.  I did a password restore, and then tried to change it to see if that was the problem, but now when I try that it says that the information is invalid even when I copy-pasted the new password from the e-mail, and my username is correct. What do I do?

I have the exact same problem, done all the steps that the person above has and still cant connect.

Forum accounts and game accounts are completely separate. You cannot log into the forum with a game account. Since you stated the credentials log you in here to the forum you have only created an account here. The link you posted is correct to create a game account.

There may be a bigger issue. I can login and I get to my character screens BUT as soon as I select a character and hit Enter World it goes to the loading screen for minutes then  says disconnected from server....

Anyone else having this issue?

Got it. One of my new addons was doing this. now need to find out which one.....  No reply needed.

Most likely our anticheat system seeing one of the addons as possible "hack".

I'm having the same problem. I just DLd the game and set my realmlist but I can't login at all. I cant even ping the Logon Server.
