Restore character

I think my account is removed or something. can't log into my account. Is there any way to check if there is a character in your database with the name "Frainbreeze" 60 Female Orc Warrior

How old is the account? I don't have database access so I can't just check it for you.

If its older than back in November 2017 prior to the Nighthaven server launch then your character is saved in a database that is currently offline. This would be the case if you played on older Elysium project servers such as Anathema, Elysium, Darrowshire etc. All previous servers were merged into a single server named Stratholme. The users of this server wanted a fresh server, which is when Nighthaven was created.

Because of the success of Nighthaven, the peak users on Stratholme was only around 300 users. This made the server unplayable and the server was then moved offline.

 

If your account was on the Nighthaven server that is another issue all together and we can go from there to see what we can do.

Your characters are on the "Stratholme" realm and that realm is currently unreachable and offline.
