Can't Login into my Old Elysium Account

Hey,

been trying to log in into my "old" Elysium Account. I have created it last year but i can't get into it. My email is correct and when i want to reset my PW on the official Elysium site it says "We could not find a member account with that email address. Please verify the information and resubmit the form." 

please help me!

Is it possible you used a different address? We don't delete or move/remove accounts so if the system isn't finding you, then that address isn't the one linked to your account.

@Zancon I have just created this account to write in forums. is there a way to private message so we can check if my account exists. i know my character name and realm

I don't have database access. It's not a ban but please post here and see if someone with access can look into this for you and get a resolution;
