Banned/Not able to log in

Hi, 

 

Tried logging in after a while and I get the message that my account was temporarily suspended. Not sure how to proceed.

(Was unable to log in here too so I created another account to post)

Also, I played on Anathema a while ago and I am wondering if its possible to access that character on another realm or? did everyone lose older characters?

Characters from Anathema are not lost, they were merged into Stratholme. The Stratholme population dropped to around 300 users online at peak times after we had launched Nighthaven and it was unplayable so the server was moved offline but all characters are saved. They are just unplayable at the moment due to Nighthaven being a fresh realm where everyone has re-rolled.
