Cant log in...Banned/Lost account ?!?!?

Hello..I tried today to create an account...But it was saying tht my e-mail and account name was in use...so I thought I have alrdy played here few months ago...and went to change password cause I couldn't remember it..after a went down all tht process I tried to log in ..but then this showed up : "This World of Warcraft account has been closed and it is no longer available for use.Please go to www.worldofwarcraft.com/misc/banned.html for more informations.. but this link is at the official blizzard/battlenet site... 

Everything like realmlist and the version of the game is set correctly because a friend of mine did alrdy logged in from my PC today...

I wasn't sure if tht is a ban cause the links goes to Blizzard HQ... tht why I posted it here...thnx for response ...I will do it right this time :)

It's because they are coded that way into the WoW client.
