jayhawks5575 0 Report post Posted May 15, 2018 Stopped playing for a few months. I tried my user ID and PW and got an error that "the information you have not entered is not valid". Tried another account and logged in with no problem. So, I recovered the password, and then re-set it. Yet I still can not log-in. Zancon 117 Report post Posted May 15, 2018 Was your character on Elysium or Anathema or Darrowshire or Nighthaven?? Can you recall the last time you successfully logged into the account? It's difficult to pinpoint exact issues. Sorry I am throwing darts at the board here trying to help.
