It's been a couple months since my last login, and I cannot recall the password, or which email address I set this account up on. The only reason I can even log onto the forums is due to the password being saved in the login info on my desktop. The only character of value on this account is my AH mule, and I've tried to log onto it so many times that it's been suspended. I know the policy states that each individual is responsible for his/her own account, and, if that's the verdict, I'll manage, as it is my own fault for forgetting, but is there I can get the email address for this account? That would at least give me some chance of recovering it. I created the email specifically for this account, so it's not one I ever log onto. That's what I thought it was, but I wonder why the password recovery isn't sending a prompt to my email. Any clue on that? Edit: Was able to change the password, but it isn't working for the server login, which caused me to become temp banned again. Edit 2: It appears as though I can change my forum password, but I cannot change the account password or receive an email prompt to reset it. Can these two be different? Zancon 117 Report post Posted May 21, 2018 Forum and game accounts are separate. If you have banned yourself in error you must wait 40 minutes before trying again. I also recommend waiting 40 minutes after resetting the password before trying to login. I guess its possible to sit there and keep trying to log in every 40 minutes. You may try the support channel on discord to see if a GM can help you, us CM's here on the forum and on discord don't have any ability to look at account details. The reason for the policy is we don't have a real way of you proving you are the account owner as we don't have billing or CD key information like retail here. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
