I need help with my code mail

I wasnt actice, but now I wanted to return to Elysium but I forgot my password...so I received the new password via EMAIL, when I wanted to change my password in control panel I have to give my Code Mail but ive tried everything and it didnt work correctly maybe I also forget my code mail if someone can help me about that, thank you alot !!!

Sorry I don't fully understand your comments above, specifically the "Code Mail" so apologies if you already tried these common caused of not being able to log in;

If you try an incorrect password too many times, the system will lock you out for about ~45 minutes. Even if you reset the password, you are still locked out.

It's possible you were trying to log on during this lockout time.

Also try to hand type the new password if you can, in some computer and software configurations there is automatically a space added to the end of a copy/paste and this additional space will fail the login attempt.

Also ensure you are using the correct account name. The account name is not an email address, if you played here previously and still have access to the game install you can find your account name in your wow folder -> WTF -> Account
