Grimjar 0 Report post Posted June 18, 2018 I've seen people that are under level 10 and they are still able to talk in general chat. But I can't type in that chat until I'm level 10. Is it account based? so If I have a level 10+ character And levelling up a new character I'll be enabled to talk in general and whisper people?
