I tried making a TBC open beta account and get this message: Warning: mysqli_connect(): (HY000/2002): Connection refused in /home/tbcdev/creation/config/dbconf.php on line 8 Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function prepare() on boolean in /home/tbcdev/creation/functions/register.php:18 Stack trace: #0 {main} thrown in /home/tbcdev/creation/functions/register.php on line 18 !
