waredr88 0 Report post Posted July 20, 2018 Hi, I just tried creating an account using a g-mail address, and didn't receive an activation e-mail. I tried using a secondary e-mail address and also failed to receive an e-mail. I have checked inbox/ spam folders. I have also tried to log into the game, and it tells me my account was banned (from official blizzard), so when I created the second account, I used a different username/ password, and am still getting the banned notice. Zancon 117 Report post Posted July 20, 2018 Gmail should work, I tested it and seem to get the emails? Unsure why you have not received. As far as the banned at login this could be an activation issue.
