Issue with neutral auction House

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I've had some issues with trying to transfer gold from my alliance character to my horde. This is a detailled account of what happened:

I read online that the best way to transfer gold from alliance to horde was through neutral Auction house in STV. So I posted a gray item with my shaman's charater worth 230g 5s. The name of the item I used is "Dripping Spider Mandible" I then logged on my warrior and bought the item, this was around midnight 2 days ago. I got the message on chat "You've won the action for (...) . I then went into the Shaman and waited. and never got anything there.

Today I posted a Ticket ingame stating what had ocured. I spoke to a very nice GM and responded to all his questions. One of the things that he stated was that I could not buy my own accounts actions (something I didn't know about). He recomended that I created a new acount to transfer the money, however I told him I didn't have the money anymore on any of the chars. After sometime he disconected. I went to the warrior and one of the messages in the ingame service was the item inside with the statement that I had won the auction for the 230g 5s.

I have since logged on on my Shaman and have received no mail with any gold. I've also tried putting another ticket up, but it was put down without any reply.

I understand that you guys are trying to keep this server as blizlike as possible, and I wouldn't mind trying to do the trade the actual blizlike way.

Any questions you might have I put myself available to respond either here or through discord if needed be ( I would divulge my discord sign to a GM ingame)

I apreciate any of your help solving this matter.
