Not able to use /w to other ppl or answer in general chat

As the topic says, i can't wisp ppl when I wnt to talk to them, it says  im not yet high enough lvl? or talk in general chat. Also too low lvl? I don't understand. A few days ago when i had a lower lvl i could wisper ppl and talk in general chat.

When i need help with a quest or u want to speak to someone to help out or get help, its very annoying not to be able to speak to ppl.

Or when I need to look for others to set up my dungeon team I need general chat to look for others who are interested.

Hi Chintiki, that's because there is a minimum level requirement to use whisper on this server. You should be able to solo to level 10 without too much trouble.
