ChrysanthBlanc 0 Report post Posted October 27, 2018 Hi, I'm new here and I was trying to install the WoW package so I could play the game however I would always get the error message This application has encountered a critical error: ERROR # 121 (0x8510079) Version Mismatch Program: C:\Users\light\Downloads\ElysiumWoW\World of Warcraft\WoW.exe DBFilesClient\VideoHardware.dbc has wrong number of columns (found 19, expected 22} I tried to run the repair tool and I got a message saying that it couldn't connect to the server to download the repair packages. Starz 2 Report post Posted October 28, 2018 Hey, which package did you download and install? What OS are you running on? How did you launch the program when it caused the error? I have a feeling you're trying to use the launcher; if that's the case, you should make a shortcut directly from the WoW.exe file to your desktop, and bypass the launcher altogether. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
