Can't log in

So with the new pin system, I've so far not been let in.

It just keeps saying the information I put in is wrong, which it's not.

It didn't even let me in onto the site so I could disable it and try again.

Some users on discord have reported a similar issue. Some seem to be able to solve it by logging in and awaiting for the pin to show up then waiting for the next pin on their google authenticator to appear before entering it and logging in.

I tried waiting now and still nothing, that is of course if it's Duo Mobile App you're talking about. 

You're working on a fix for this right?

Would it be possible that you could go onto my account and disable 2 factor till it's resolved?

Duo Mobile is one of the apps that you can use, I used the google authenticator app and I have never run into this issue before.

I will ask about seeing if we can disable it for people having issues - I personally don't have the access to do so but will contact those that do.

Can you PM me your account name? I don't want you to share it out in the open.
