Purchased coins via PayPal during black Friday, didn't receive bonus coins

I'm not sure how to get in touch with staff directly so I figured this would be the second best. I purchased coins via PayPal on November 26th but didn't get the bonus. I can provide a screen shot of the line item in my PayPal account history. Can one of the GMs help or can anyone direct me on how to contact the GMs directly?
