cromm123 0 Report post Posted January 1, 2019 Yo ! I just came back and learned that a few friends of mine had also come back a few weeks ago. I made my char on Nighthaven, but I noticed there were various other servers like nighthaven #1, #2, alts, etc etc. and I'm not sure if we're on the same server yet (both aren't at home for a few days so they can't verify). I can't find any server transfer option on the website, even if I bought gold... So I thought it was most likely because the servers work like current official servers... Different instances, but partying makes party members join the host's server so there's no reason to switch servers. Is that right? Thanks. Zancon 117 Report post Posted January 1, 2019 The extrachars are still Nighthaven. We created those when we merged past realms into Nighthaven in order to full the game client into allowing more characters on the same server than would normally be possible. This way the players that had characters across all of our servers didn't lose any characters to an over write when we merged servers. TLDR; Its all the same server. I downloaded current WoW a few days ago and it just wasn't fulfilling at all... Classic wow brings back the insane difficulty and rewarding content that I love.
