Leatherworking Trainer Doesn't Have Journeyman Leatherworking Available

I've tried training it in Bloodhoof Village, as well as Thunderbluff.  At the moment, I'm stuck at level 75 Leatherworking because I can't find a trainer that will train me in Journeyman Leatherworking.  What should I do?

 

Edit 1:  I have tried rebooting the game a few times.  Unfortunately that does not work.

Thank you for the reply!  I just made it to Camp Taurajo for the first time, and the trainer offered it.

Issue resolved!
