Lunar Fireworks quest Bugged?

Hi i think the lunar fireworks quest is bugged which normally i wouldn't have a problem with and just ignore it. But i need to get to Moonglade in order to turn in a quest from Maraudon there (which is odd to me but whatever) point is i'd like to be able to complete this quest in order to teleport to moonglade and turn in this other quest and complete it. Is there anything that could be done about this?
