Are my characters still available?

Not getting my hopes up but might as well check: Haven't played since around mid 2017, are my characters/this account still available on some realm?

That tineframe means they would be on Anathema. That server database is going to be merged into our current server, Nighthaven in the next day or so.

The announcement will go out in our discord. Link in my signature, I hope you will join us!

Sorry for bumping this again but I gotta ask, does that mean Anathema and Nighthaven will be one server? And is there any way for me to access my character right now or do I have to wait the merge? Appreciate the answers and the info!

Yes they will be one server. No there isnt a way to access the Anathema database right now.

I tried logging in now that you have merged the servers but I can't access my account it seems? Appreciate any help!

We are pushing out a few fixes right now so the servers are up and down while we complete work. Apologies!

You're a blessing man, took me a lot of different emails & tries but I got through in the end! Thanks a lot, really!

Just a question, all of my characters seem to be on the realm "Nighthaven - Extra Chars #2". I'm not too sure what the difference is between "Nighthaven", "Nighthaven - Extra Chars #1" & "PTR #1" but is there any chance I could transfer my main character to one of those instead? I'd rather not play on the lowest server pop...

It's all still Nighthaven - we do that as a work around because the Vanilla client has a maximum limit of 10 characters on your account. When we merged older servers into Nighthaven it would have over-ridden the characters so we have them goto these "extra chars" realms instead so you can keep all your characters.
