Darnassus to learn the riding skill the trainer

Hi. 
I reached level 40 with the NE Druid Character and upon getting to Darnassus to learn the riding skill the trainer jartsam doesn't teach me anything and asks me for exalted reputation as if I was from another race!

The filter checked, it is gray, not working.

Riding Trainer 45 lvel.

When I approach the coach he has nothing to do, everything is gray.

Interesting, did you race change or anything like that?
